Major incident announcements
Occasional owner-reviewed notices about significant incidents, including nearby events across the county line. These are separate from your saved-place and incident-type filters. Both options start off.
Phone delivery also requires browser notification permission and an enabled phone in your account. Email delivery also requires email backup to be on. You do not need to create saved places or normal alert rules. Turning a channel off prevents announcement delivery too.
